A little about the CAPE Foundation, Inc.
The purpose of the CAPE Foundation, Inc. is to aid in healing and eliminating physical and sexual abuse against children. We strive to accomplish our goal by assisting child abuse survivors and their families in receiving therapeutic counseling by providing financial grants- whether that means paying for counseling when a family lacks the ability to pay or arranging transportation, at no cost to the family, for counseling. The CAPE Foundation may consider other needs as requested when determined appropriate by the Board of Directors.
The criminal justice system encounters numerous children who have been physically and sexually abused, many of whose families lack the resources to obtain much needed counseling for the survivors of abuse. The CAPE Foundation wants to bridge the gap between these children and the counseling they desperately need.
