ABOUT THE EVENT
The CAPE Hero 5k will be a timed event this year. Participants can dress however they choose, but we encourage your best superhero wear. Once the race is over, the fun continues at the Finish Line with awards for top finishers and Best Dressed. Participants will vary in demographics and reasons for running or walking and with a new, flatter course this year, this event caters to more participants than ever before, from first time runners and walkers to seasoned athletes.

CAPE's mission is to aid in the healing and eliminating abuse against children, and we hope to bring our community together with the Hero 5k to make and even larger impact in providing therapeutic services and education for these survivors.
